This heavy sterling silver heart ring is very similar to a ring my daughter has that was purchased at James Avery. It is a size 7 and looks like a knot or intertwining heart. The heart is 11 mm tall and 11 mm wide. The band is 2.5 mm thick. This ring also comes in other sizes.
