This sterling silver heavy heart shape engraveable medical ID alert charm very nice. It is very detailed and has a cross engraved with a medical caduceus in the center on the front. It is 22 mm tall and 18 mm wide! It weighs about 4-5 grams. Additional engraving no longer available.
