This sterling silver charm is a family of 2. I think it could be mother and child or father and child. The bale is hidden on the back so that it will hang from a chain or on a bracelet (see photo, but you are buying one). It is 21 mm tall and 9 mm wide. Look for the family charms just like it but, with baby, one child, two kids, or two kids and a baby with the couple.
