This gold filled engraveable Silhouette charm of a boy (girl also available in my ebay store) is 1.3 cm wide and 1.7 cm tall. The photo shows the front and the back, but you are buying one. 

The wholesaler that I bought it from says it is made in USA and 1/20th 14K gold (or 5%) layer bonded on brass. He said this is the US standard for gold filled.
