The sterling silver charm is 3 tomatoes on a vine. It is 21 mm tall and 10 mm wide. The photo shows both sides, but you are buying one. The last 4 charms all have a tiny hole in one of the tomoatoes. 

Each is slightly different. Tomatoes not necessarily perfectly round. My have tiny pit (like shown in photo) or flattened area or line in silver. These tiny imperfections don't detract from the nice charm.
