SimpleeCharming Sterling Silver Charms and More offers the following Returns Policy: 1. Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an in stock jewelry item you ordered from SimpleeCharming.com is not what you wanted simply return it by mail within 14 days of receiving it. No returns are accepted after 21 days. We will then exchange it for another item or refund the purchase price less cost of shipping and insurance that was paid to ship it to you. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs with delivery confirmation and insurance unless a mistake was made by SimpleeCharming.com 2. An engraved item is only returnable if SimpleeCharming made a mistake or had misspellings in the engraving. Be assured though that every care is taken so that this does not occur. A copy of the email confirming the engraving request including spelling, capitalization, and puctuation will be kept on file with the customers order. 3. Special orders, wholesale or bulk orders, and special requests are not returnable or refundable. Please check with me first by email before returning these items. Return shipping and handling, delivery confirmation and insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 4. If returning any item, place the item and copy of the original paperwork securely in the original or same type of packaging. Return postage should include delivery confirmation. 5.
